The Problem
Meridian was entering one of the most saturated categories in DTC: wellness supplements. With thousands of established brands and customer acquisition costs exceeding $80 in the category, they needed a brand that could command attention and justify premium pricing from day one.
What We Did
We executed a complete brand launch in 12 weeks: positioning strategy, visual identity, packaging design, e-commerce website, and launch campaign. The brand was positioned around 'scientific wellness' — a departure from the woo-woo aesthetic dominating the category. Clean, clinical design language with warm accents. Packaging that looked like it belonged in a design museum.
